Are you passionate about live music and looking for a way to get involved in the local scene?
Nashville Manitoba is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to help bring our monthly songwriter’s round to life. If you have a love for music and an interest in events, we’d love to have you on board!
We are looking for volunteers in the following areas:
Door Sales: Help with ticket sales and check-ins at the door, greeting guests and ensuring a smooth entry process.
Audio Support: Assist with sound setup, monitoring during the event, and tear down. Whether you’re experienced with audio or eager to learn, we welcome you!
Content Creation: This role is perfect for emerging content creators looking to develop their skills and build their portfolio. Capture the magic of the evening through photos and short video clips to help us create engaging marketing materials.

This call will remain open for the entire season, so if you'd like to express interest, you're welcome to submit at any time. We’ll aim to secure volunteers for each date well in advance, but may also need last-minute replacements. This form will also be reviewed for additional opportunities throughout the year.
All volunteers are required to attend a short orientation prior to the event. The orientation date will be shared at a later time and will accommodate the selected volunteers' availability.
Please note, submitting your application does not guarantee a volunteering shift for your selected dates. We will contact you at least two weeks prior to the event if your assistance is needed.
