Season Three

The Nashville Manitoba Songwriters Round is a celebration of the art of songwriting, inspired by the iconic Nashville-style rounds that highlight storytelling, collaboration, and heartfelt performances. Rooted in Winnipeg’s vibrant music scene, our series brings together songwriters from diverse genres and backgrounds to share their original compositions and the stories behind them.

As we embarked on our third season, we were excited to continue showcasing the depth and talent of Manitoba’s music community. Running from November 2023 to May 2024, this season featured seven incredible rounds of acoustic performances, candid storytelling, and a warm, interactive atmosphere that connects artists and audiences alike.

We were thrilled to announce that, with funding from the Manitoba Arts Council, we’ve upgraded our PA system to enhance the quality of each event, ensuring an even more immersive experience for both performers and attendees. A heartfelt thank you goes to Kilter Brewing Co. for their ongoing support, hosting our events, and providing their incredible staff to help make each round a success. We also extend our gratitude to award-winning graphic designer Roberta Landreth for creating the stunning poster graphics last season.
